9.Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Smileaf, we take pride in offering biodegradable and eco-friendly areca leaf products. Due to the perishable nature of our items, we do not accept returns unless the product is found to be damaged or defective upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To initiate a refund or replacement request, you will be required to provide valid proof, such as clear photographs of the damaged item.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment within 5–7 working days.
